Do you also provide cleaning services?

At this time we focus solely on organization services and do not offer cleaning. If you're in need of a professional cleaner before working with us we can recommend a few that are our favorites.
Do you provide services for hoarding situations?

No, Ready Set Declutter does not provide services for hoarding situations. Hoarding is a complex issue that often requires the guidance of a professional psychologist to address the root causes and behaviors. Healing must come first to ensure any organizational efforts are truly beneficial and lasting.
How much do your services cost?

Our pricing depends on the size and scope of your project, as well as the level of organization needed. During our initial introductory call, we’ll discuss your needs, goals, and budget to best decide what level of service your project would need, but to give you a quick idea our services start at $850 and go up from there.
What areas do you serve in Orlando and Central Florida?

We proudly serve Orlando and its surrounding areas, including Winter Springs, Oviedo, Waterford Lakes, Longwood, Winter Garden, Lake Nona, Windermere, Lake Mary, Hunter’s Creek, Davenport, St. Cloud, Kissimmee, and more. If your area is not listed, please reach out, and we can discuss options!
Can I book a consultation before committing to a full-service package?

Absolutely! Every project begins with an introductory call to chat about your needs and see if we’re the right fit. From there, we schedule an in-person consultation to dive deeper into your goals and create a plan of action that works for you.
How long does it take to organize a space?

The time it takes depends on the size of the space, the amount of clutter, and your specific goals. Smaller spaces, like a pantry or closet, may take just a few hours, while larger areas, like a garage or an entire home, could take several sessions. During our consultation, we’ll give you a better idea of the timeline for your project.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens, and we totally get that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduled sessions should take place within six months of the original project start date to avoid forfeiture of hours. If something comes up last-minute and you give less than 48 hours’ notice, there will be a one-hour penalty, which will be deducted from your package hours or billed separately if your package is finished. Please note that all services are nonrefundable.
